Information
This is an interactive narrative site to develop courses using Indigenous Stories. Under the Course menu you can use the courses set up in your discipline. A teacher can select or create a playlist for their course. Students can join a course and then select a playlist within that course.
We suggest that teachers read the material under Resources. Particularly consider the issue of creating a culturally safe environment for your students, so that the reactions and attitudes of your students is not harmful to others in the learning environment
This website is designed to help teachers create tutorials based on the stories collected from the Creating cultural empathy and challenging attitudes through Indigenous narratives project.
The narrative collection project was led by Edith Cowan University. This project included The Combined Universities Centre for Rural Health, Curtin University of Technology, The University of Notre Dame, The University of Western Australia and Health Consumers’ Council (WA).
